Confidence vs. Self Confidence

In this video we are going to go over the difference between confidence vs. self confidence. 

  1. Start by watching the video below. 
  2. Write down 10 areas in your life where you feel self confident. Then for each one, write the reason  why you feel this way. (spoiler alert, this is your thought driving your confidence)
  3. Next, write down at least 10 things you’re currently afraid of that hold you back. Don’t be shy. Go for the worst case scenarios. Then write down what you think would be horrible about failing at each one. 
  4. Email (lindsay@lindsaybuchancoaching.com) me both lists or bring them to our next call. 
  5. Continue taking a few minutes a day to write down your thoughts and practice plugging them into The Model and bring your Model(s) to our call as well.
