Confidence Coaching - The Model

In this video we are going to go over the foundational tool to building confidence. While simple in theory, when used correctly, it is the key to getting the results you want. 

To lear about The Self Coaching Model:

  1. Start by watching the video below. 
  2. Pick a topic you want help and write about it for 5 minutes. Just free write. There is no wrong way to do this as long as you are writing down what comes to mind. 
  3. Pick ONE thought and try putting it into a model. WARNING: This will feel odd and harder than is seems at first. That’s totally normal and what I’m hear to heal with. 
  4. If you want, pick another thought and plug it into a new model. Remember, each now thought is a new model. 
  5. Bring your model(s) to our next call and let’s see how it’s going.
