  3. The second part is to start doing what you said you were going to do.
    1. Plan it 24 hours in advance
    2. Know you are not going to want to do it
    3. Know your why
  4. Continue taking a few minutes a day to write down your thoughts and practice plugging them into The Model and bring your Model(s) to our call as well.
